We've added a new self service settings page to help you configure how Buzzshot posts your team photos to Facebook. You can read more about it on our support site here.
You can edit the captions Buzzshot adds to your photos when uploading them. You can even supply multiple captions and have Buzzshot randomly choose one for each photo!
A little while ago we added the ability to create multiple user logins with access to your Buzzshot account. This allows you to create a different login for each staff member. We have now added the ability to deny access to the settings pages for some of these user logins. This allows you to give a staff member access to the web admin pages without worrying that they'll change any settings!
Head to the Users settings page to try it out.

Buzzshot sends emails on your behalf including most importantly your after game "Thanks for playing". We do everything we can to avoid these emails ending up in the player's spam folders. But now, with your help, we can do even better! If you verify your domain with Buzzshot it will make the emails we send for you appear much more trust worthy to other email servers. It just requires a couple of custom DNS entries for your domain (don't worry, it's not as scary as it sounds and we're here to help if you need it!)
If you ever have any questions, feedback or issues with Buzzshot we always welcome you to get in touch and ask. But we've now added a self service option as well. Click on the "Support" link in the menu in the Admin and you'll get a sidebar with helpful articles about Buzzshot and a search box to find what you want. We're going to be adding more and more articles going forward covering everything from basic usage questions up to hints and tips for how to get the most out of Buzzshot.

We've added a new settings page to allow you to create and edit user accounts for your staff. This allows you to give different usernames and passwords to different staff members and to create logins that can only be used on the app.
We've added a new settings page to allow editing of photo overlays for rooms in the Buzzshot software. This will allow you to choose how your photos will look and to upload your own graphics.
There's still more to do on it, so if you can't achieve the look you're going for then do get in touch a support@buzzshot.co and we'll set it up for you.
If you are using the Bookeo integration and a booking is cancelled we previously did not do anything. Now if a booking is cancelled we remove it from Buzzshot (unless you already completed it in which case we leave it alone).
